Consent to personal data processing

This document is a separate consent of the personal data subject within the meaning of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Reviewing the Personal Data Processing Policy does not replace this consent.

By ticking the relevant checkbox in a form on the website jimmyneuron.ru (hereinafter — the Site) and/or by submitting the form, I (hereinafter — the Personal Data Subject) freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent:

To the personal data operator: Individual Entrepreneur (Georgia) (place of business: Georgia; registration: registration details forthcoming; personal data contact: info@jimmyneuron.ru, tel. 8 952 032-09-86).

1. List of personal data

To the processing of the following personal data provided by me through Site forms (to the extent indicated in the form):

• surname, first name, patronymic (if provided);
• phone number;
• email address;
• nickname or identifier in Telegram and other messengers (if provided);
• organisation name, position (if provided);
• contents of the inquiry, comments, brief answers, and other information that I voluntarily enter in form fields.

2. Purposes of processing

• handling my inquiry, request, brief, or message;
• contacting me via the stated contacts (phone, email, messengers);
• preparing a commercial proposal, entering into and performing a contract;
• maintaining correspondence and client records in connection with the provision of services.

3. Actions with personal data

Processing of personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases stated in the Policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction — with and without means of automation.

4. Transfer to third parties

I have been notified that the Operator may outsource processing or transfer personal data to third parties to the extent necessary for the processing purposes (hosting, email and messenger services, CRM, chat widget, analytics services), in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

5. Validity of consent and withdrawal

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the processing purposes are achieved or until withdrawal, unless a different period is set by Georgian law or contract.

I may withdraw consent by sending the Operator a written request to info@jimmyneuron.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. The Operator ceases processing within the period provided by Georgian law, except where processing may continue on another lawful basis.

6. Subject’s confirmations

I confirm that:

• I have reviewed the Personal Data Processing Policy;
• I provide accurate data;
• I give consent while having full legal capacity, or I act as the legal representative of the personal data subject.
