FAQ
Do we need special cameras?
Existing cameras are often enough with decent light and angle. If not — we spec them. Hardware is in the pilot estimate only if we agreed that.
Do you guarantee 100% defect catch?
No. We lock target detection metrics on the pilot and watch false positives. The goal is stable control and process data — not “magic.”
How is this different from ordinary CCTV?
A VMS records the picture. Here — events: defect type, time, section. You can build reports by shift.
How long is the pilot, and what is in the contract?
Usually 3–6 weeks on 1 zone. The contract covers success criteria (detection metrics, alert channel) and what is out of scope (cameras/server if not agreed).
