8. Cookies and analytics services
8.1. Cookies. The Site may use technically necessary cookies for the interface to function. Analytics cookies and counter identifiers are set only after your explicit consent via the “Accept” button in the notice at the bottom of the page. If you do not click “Accept”, Yandex Metrica and related scripts are not loaded, and your visit statistics are not collected.
8.2. Yandex Metrica. After consent, the Operator uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, counter No. 107215138, placed on the domain jimmyneuron.ru. Metrica may process: IP address, cookie data, browser and device type, screen resolution, language, referral source, URLs of pages viewed, time on site, link clicks (clickmap), e-commerce report data (where a dataLayer is present), and, where enabled, session recordings (Webvisor) in anonymised/pseudonymised form within the counter settings.
Purposes: traffic statistics, assessing page and advertising effectiveness, improving the Site. Legal basis — consent to the use of analytics cookies.
8.3. Varioqub (A/B tests). Together with Metrica, the Varioqub experiments script may be connected to test page variants. It is activated only after the same cookie consent as for Metrica.
8.4. Opting out of analytics. Do not click “Accept” — then analytics will not run. You may delete Site cookies in your browser; after that, on a subsequent visit you will need to give consent again if you choose to enable statistics. Disabling cookies in browser settings will also limit data collection.
8.5. Separate from forms. Cookie and analytics consent does not replace consent to personal data processing when submitting requests (a separate checkbox in the form).
9. Personal data protection measures
The Operator takes necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful acts, in accordance with Georgian law.
