We built own infra: public card with configurator, admin for products/categories/orders/SEO/promo codes, variant grids by color and glass. Functionality approached InSales. Launch did not happen: the catalog was too large, too much to migrate and change — the client stayed on the old platform.

By default — external exchange. Internal changes to stock 1C — only under a separate spec, and with your 1C partner if needed.
