Online store and online booking turnkey

What is included in the work
Design and UX
Corporate style, adaptive, selling structure and microtexts tailored to your audience.
Catalog and cart
Filters, variations, promotional codes, delivery and payment - B2C and B2B scenarios.
CMS and content
Editing pages, banners and products without a developer.
SEO and analytics
Semantics, meta tags, speed, Metrica / GA goals and advertising pixels.
Online registration and turnkey service
Barbershops, salons and service businesses often need not a classic “shop with a basket”, but an online registration: services, master/slot, payment or prepayment, reminders and customer CRM. We are putting together a catalog of services, an appointment calendar, an administrator’s client portal and a link with advertising - so that requests from Direct and VK are not lost in the messenger.
What's included in the recording
- catalog of services and duration
- master/resource slots
- client form or client portal
- notifications (SMS/Telegram - according to specifications)
- CRM: client, history, repeat visits
- goals in Metrica and UTM from advertising
Example: barbershop
Mini-case of online registration
The client selects a service and time on the site → the administrator sees the entry in one feed → a reminder to the client → repeat visits to the CRM. A separate landing page for advertising “online registration” leads directly to the calendar, and not to the general main one.
Custom store vs InSales / Shopify / Tilda Store
The box and the designer are faster on a standard catalogue. Custom is needed for B2B prices, its own delivery logic, recording and integrations without tariff limits.
| InSales / Shopify / Tilda Store | Custom (JimmyNeuron) | |
|---|---|---|
| Showcase launch date | Days-weeks on the template + platform tariff | Estimate after the brief; showcase and checkout for your process |
| Catalog and prices | B2C out of the box; B2B prices and roles - via modules/limits | B2C and B2B, your own rules for prices, balances and promotions |
| Online registration | Separate service or plugin; weak connection with the display case | Services, slots, prepayment and CRM in one circuit |
| Integrations | Ready-made payment/delivery modules; custom API - expensive | CRM, warehouse, 1C, Metrica, advertising - according to technical specifications |
| When to choose | Standard assortment, standard checkout, quick test | Your own order logic, recording, B2B or growth without changing platforms |
InSales/Shopify/Tilda Store is ok for a quick start without unique rules. Custom is better if you need online booking, B2B, strict exchange with a warehouse/1C, or you don’t want to depend on the storefront tariff.

Tools for e-commerce and corporate websites
The storefront should be quickly indexed and converted - CMS, catalog search, payment and SEO metrics for your project.
Next.js
We take Next.js where SEO and first screen speed are important: SSR and SSG for indexing, client portals and SaaS with authorization. React ecosystem + TypeScript - a standard for turnkey web applications with a scalable architecture.
Headless CMS
Headless CMS separates content from display: marketing changes texts and banners without a developer. Speeds up SEO experiments and filling the e-commerce catalog.
PostgreSQL
PostgreSQL stores business data, bot dialog logs, and vector search metadata (pgvector). A reliable relational database for platforms where transactions, reporting and change auditing are important.
YuKassa / Stripe
We connect YuKassa and Stripe for payment on the storefront and in your client portal: subscriptions, invoices, webhooks in CRM. Compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation and international payments in one checkout.
Meilisearch
Meilisearch provides instant catalog search with typos and filters - conversion increases when the client finds the product in a second. Easier than Elasticsearch for typical online stores and B2B price lists.
Lighthouse
Lighthouse - audit of Core Web Vitals, SEO and accessibility before and during release. We record metrics that affect search rankings and storefront conversion.
FAQ
Technology infrastructure
Catalog, payment, online registration and SEO storefronts
Yes. We offer wholesale prices, minimum quantities, contract discounts, multi-accounts for buyers and separate delivery conditions. The architecture takes into account roles, warehouse APIs, and catalog scaling.
Depends on the catalog, B2B/B2C scenarios and the number of integrations. Showcase with cart, payment and CMS - from several weeks; large e-commerce with filters, warehouse and SEO - we evaluate it after the brief and catalog structure.
Yes. We connect a convenient admin panel or headless CMS: pages, banners, promotions, product cards, SEO fields and promotional codes - without deploying the code.
Yes. We integrate YuKassa, Stripe, SDEK, Russian Post and CRM via API. Order balances and statuses are synchronized with the accounting system, 1C or marketplaces.
Yes. SSR/SSG on Next.js, semantics, meta tags, Schema.org, image optimization and Core Web Vitals - so that the storefront is indexed and quickly opens on mobile devices.
Typical showcase or record with CRM - from $0-6 weeks; large catalog with integrations - longer. We fix the deadlines in the terms of reference after the brief, conduct sprints with a demo and SEO checklist before the release.
Yes, often this is not a “shop with a basket”, but services, master slots, prepayment, reminders and customer CRM. We collect calendar entries and goals in Metrica for advertising.
Catalog, cards, shopping cart, payment, order statuses, account, connection with CRM; integration with 1C - according to the task. Online booking for salons is a separate scenario on the same page. Estimate in 1-2 days.
We work in three models - we choose together after a brief and volume assessment. Fixed Price - a fixed amount for the agreed scope in the technical specification: suitable for sites, MVPs and modules with clear acceptance criteria. Time & Materials (T&M) - hourly payment with a weekly hours limit and report: convenient for Discovery, integrations and projects where requirements are specified along the way. Retainer - a package of hours per month for maintenance, bugfixes and small features: a predictable budget for the product team. Before the start, we fix the model, rates and payment procedure (advance / by sprints) in the contract.
We manage tasks in a transparent tracker - Jira, YouTrack or an analogue with access for your PM. Each sprint has a goal, a list of tasks and responsibilities; statuses are visible in real time, without a “black box”. For T&M and retainer - a weekly report: hours written off, what has been done, what is in progress and the plan for the next week. For Fixed Price, we tie progress to the stages of the contract and demo at the end of the sprint - you always understand what you are paying for and what is already in staging or production.
Demonstration - at the end of each sprint (1-2 weeks): call or asynchronous video from the staging environment. We show the working increment, not the layouts: clickable scripts, APIs, integrations - things that can be accepted or given feedback. We record the protocol: what is accepted, what goes into the backlog, what questions are open. This way we reduce the risk of divergence of expectations in the final and give you material for internal approvals with management.
Change is a normal part of the product; it is important that they are manageable. We formalize any significant addition as a change request: we evaluate the impact on the deadline and budget, offer options (shrink the scope / move to the next sprint / switch to T&M). We don’t take you into a sprint without written approval - we protect both you and the team from inflating the scope. We close minor changes within the agreed terms of reference in the current sprint; large ones - as a separate line in the estimate or additional agreement.
Before the code - technical specifications or backlog with user story, stack and Definition of Done criteria. We plan sprints together: priorities for 1-2 weeks, the expected result of the demo and an acceptance checklist. According to Fixed Price, stages and amounts are specified in the contract; according to T&M - hours limit for a sprint with a report. Acceptance of the stage - according to the checklist from the technical specifications: functionality, cross-browser, mobile layout, integration. We classify comments as: defect (corrected in the warranty window) or new requirement (separate assessment).
We work with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation: agreement, invoice, certificate of completion and closing documents. Closing stages and sprints - through EDI (Diadoc, SBIS, Kontur or your operator): the act is signed after accepting the demo and checklist. We transfer the source code, access to the repository and infrastructure according to the acceptance certificate; rights to the developed code - according to the terms of the contract. For government customers and companies with internal compliance, we prepare a package of documents according to your procurement regulations.
After the release, the warranty period applies for defects related to the agreed scope (usually 1-3 months - fixed in the contract). Critical incidents (site/service unavailable, data loss, blocked payment) - response from $0-4 hours during business hours; high priority - during the working day. For support, we offer a retainer with an SLA attached to the contract: response time, work window, uptime monitoring with our infrastructure. New functionality and changes in requirements after acceptance - a separate assessment or hours from the support package.
