ERP/CRM business platformsscenario
Client portal for clients and partners
Orders · statuses · documents · self-service instead of chats
The client sees status and documents themselves; support does not copy answers from 1C by hand.
Self-service instead of “where is my order” threads
A portal for B2B or B2C: auth, orders, statuses, files, sometimes payments and claims. We connect it to CRM/ERP/1C so data is not duplicated by hand. We start with one scenario (order status), then grow.
The pain we close
Managers spend all day answering “where is my order”
Documents scatter across email and messengers
No unified permissions: a partner sees someone else’s prices
A “whatever works” mobile layout breaks self-service
What’s in the MVP
Roles and access
Client / partner / manager — what each person sees.
Scenario #1
Usually order status + documents.
Backend link
API to CRM/ERP/1C, or a storefront on top of the existing DB.
Responsive layout and notifications
Email / Telegram on status events.

Dversen
Dversen — migrate a door store off InSales
We built own infra: public card with configurator, admin for products/categories/orders/SEO/promo codes, variant grids by color and glass. Functionality approached InSales. Launch did not happen: the catalog was too large, too much to migrate and change — the client stayed on the old platform.

Hangout
Hangout — Meeting Point
We designed and built Hangout iOS end to end: event catalog, cards, profile, “My” RSVPs, push, and gamified discovery/creation. Tested and released in the App Store.

Cost guides
One self-service scenario costs less than “a portal for everything.” Expansion — in sprints.

FAQ
Is this a separate product or part of ERP?
Often the portal is a module of the same platform. You can start with the portal if the pain is specifically client self-service.
Do we need a mobile app?
For MVP, a responsive web app is usually enough. A native app — if there is a separate case (couriers, field staff).
Estimate a client portal
Who the user is (client/partner) and scenario #1 — enough for an MVP range.
